Liya started out as an early childhood educatorand ran the HuluHulu Parent-Child Studio for many years.
Balloon art began as just a hobby,but thanks to her background in arts & crafts, design, fine arts
and marketing within the parent-child industry,
she turned her passion into something more.

This hands-on workshop is packed with practical tips,
